This fudge is one of my favorite ways to celebrate apple season. It combines the velvety sweetness of white chocolate with a touch of apple cider and ribbons of rich caramel, making it a hit at any family gathering.

My best tip for this recipe is to line your pan with parchment paper before you start. This makes it so much easier to lift the fudge out once it has set in the fridge, allowing you to cut perfect little squares every single time.

๐Ÿงบ Ingredients

  • 12 ounces high quality white chocolate chips
  • 14 ounces sweetened condensed milk
  • 2 tablespoons apple cider concentrate
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup caramel sauce
  • 1/4 teaspoon sea salt

๐Ÿ‘ฉโ€๐ŸณInstructions

  1. 1

Line an 8x8 inch square baking pan with parchment paper and set it aside.

  2. 2

In a medium saucepan over low heat, combine the white chocolate chips and the sweetened condensed milk.

  3. 3

Stir the mixture constantly until the chocolate is completely melted and smooth.

  4. 4

Remove the pan from the heat and stir in the apple cider concentrate and the ground cinnamon.

  5. 5

Pour half of the fudge mixture into your prepared pan and spread it out evenly.

  6. 6

Drizzle half of the caramel sauce over the fudge and use a knife to swirl it gently.

  7. 7

Pour the remaining fudge mixture over the top, then drizzle with the rest of the caramel and sprinkle with a little sea salt.

  8. 8

Place the pan in the refrigerator for at least three hours until the fudge is firm.

  9. 9

Once set, lift the fudge out by the parchment paper and cut it into small, bite sized pieces.

๐Ÿ’ก Tips

Store your fudge in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to two weeks. If you like a little extra crunch, try adding half a cup of finely chopped pecans or walnuts to the mixture before you pour it into the pan.
