If you love the spicy kick of jalapeño poppers, you are going to fall for this creamy dip. It is perfectly cheesy, loaded with crispy bacon, and finished with a buttery cracker topping that gets golden and crisp in the oven.

This recipe is a staple for my game day spreads because it comes together in just ten minutes. You can even prep it ahead of time to keep things stress free when guests arrive.

🧺 Ingredients

  • 16 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 8 slices cooked bacon, chopped
  • 1 cup mayonnaise or sour cream
  • 4 ounces diced jalapeños, canned or fresh
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup sliced green onions
  • 1 cup crushed Ritz crackers
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup melted salted butter

👩‍🍳Instructions

  1. 1

    Preheat your oven to 350°F.

  2. 2

In a large bowl, mix the softened cream cheese, chopped bacon, mayonnaise, jalapeños, mozzarella, cheddar, and green onions until well combined.

  3. 3

Spread the mixture evenly into a 1.5 quart baking dish.

  4. 4

In a separate medium bowl, stir together the crushed Ritz crackers, Parmesan cheese, and melted butter.

  5. 5

Sprinkle the cracker topping over the dip mixture.

  6. 6

Bake for 20 to 30 minutes until the top is golden brown and the edges are bubbling.

💡 Tips

Serve this dip hot with tortilla chips, crostini, pretzels, or fresh vegetable sticks like carrots and celery. If you have leftovers, store them in an airtight container in the fridge and reheat gently in the microwave.
