Moist Chocolate Chip Zucchini Bread
This is my favorite way to use up fresh zucchini for a sweet treat the whole family will enjoy.
recipesbynani.comThere is something so special about baking with garden fresh zucchini. This bread stays incredibly moist and the little pockets of melted chocolate make every slice feel like a decadent dessert.
My top tip is to make sure you squeeze as much liquid out of the shredded zucchini as you can. This keeps the bread from getting soggy and ensures that perfect texture every single time.
