Slow Cooker Creamy Ranch Pork Chops
A super easy dinner where pork chops and potatoes slow cook in a creamy ranch sauce until they are tender.
recipesbynani.comI just love recipes where you can toss everything in the pot and walk away for the day. These pork chops are a favorite in my house because they come out so juicy, and the ranch seasoning gives everything a lovely savory flavor that kids and adults both enjoy.
I like to use thick pork chops for this dish so they stay nice and moist during the long cooking time. It is a complete meal in one pot, so you do not even have to worry about making a separate side dish.
🧺 Ingredients
- 4 thick cut pork chops
- 1 pound baby potatoes, halved
- 1 packet dry ranch seasoning mix
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- Salt and pepper to taste
👩🍳Instructions
- 1
Place the halved baby potatoes in the bottom of your slow cooker.
- 2
Season the pork chops with a little salt and pepper, then lay them on top of the potatoes.
- 3
In a small bowl, whisk together the cream of chicken soup, chicken broth, and the dry ranch seasoning packet.
- 4
Pour the creamy mixture over the pork chops and potatoes and make sure everything is well covered.
- 5
Cover and cook on low for 6 to 7 hours, or on high for 3 to 4 hours.
- 6
Once the pork is tender, stir in the sour cream if you like it extra rich and serve it warm right from the pot.
💡 Tips
Store any leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to three days. This dish tastes even better the next day as the flavors continue to meld.
