Slow Cooker Steak and Potatoes
This comforting slow cooker meal gives you tender beef and buttery potatoes in a rich gravy with almost no effort.
recipesbynani.comThere is nothing quite like coming home to the smell of a hearty dinner waiting for you. This steak and potatoes recipe is a favorite in my house because it truly does all the work on its own. You just toss everything into the slow cooker, and the meat becomes incredibly tender while the potatoes soak up all those savory juices.
It is the perfect meal for busy weeknights when you want something satisfying without spending hours in the kitchen. If you happen to have any extra vegetables like carrots or mushrooms in your fridge, feel free to toss them in as well for an even fuller meal.
