Easy One Pot Jambalaya
This hearty jambalaya is a one pot wonder packed with tender chicken, smoky sausage, and juicy shrimp.
recipesbynani.comJambalaya is a classic Louisiana rice dish that brings comfort to any table. It is famous for combining the holy trinity of onion, celery, and bell pepper with savory meats and bold spices, all cooked together in one pot for an easy cleanup.
My version is perfect for busy weeknights because you build all the flavor in one Dutch oven. The long grain rice simmers right in the broth and tomatoes, soaking up all that delicious seasoning, which means you get a complete meal without any extra fuss.
