There is nothing quite like a bubbling hot spinach artichoke dip to get a party started. It is rich, creamy, and packed with savory flavor that keeps everyone coming back for another scoop. I love making this when friends drop by because it is so simple to pull together.

My secret for the best texture is to make sure you squeeze all the excess water out of the frozen spinach before you stir it in. This prevents your dip from getting watery while it bakes. Serve this with a big bowl of crispy tortilla chips or toasted baguette slices.

๐Ÿงบ Ingredients

  • 10 ounces frozen chopped spinach, thawed and squeezed dry
  • 1 can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

๐Ÿ‘ฉโ€๐ŸณInstructions

  1. 1

Preheat your oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit.

  2. 2

In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, garlic, salt, and pepper until smooth.

  3. 3

Fold in the spinach, chopped artichoke hearts, and half of the mozzarella and Parmesan cheeses.

  4. 4

Spread the mixture evenly into a small baking dish.

  5. 5

Top with the remaining mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.

  6. 6

Bake for 20 to 25 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbling around the edges.

  7. 7

Let it sit for five minutes before serving warm.

๐Ÿ’ก Tips

Serve this dip alongside tortilla chips, pita bread, or crisp carrot sticks. If you have leftovers, keep them in an airtight container in the fridge for up to three days and reheat in the oven or microwave.
