These sliders are a favorite in my kitchen because they are so simple to pull together for a busy weeknight or a weekend party. Everyone loves the combination of salty bacon and creamy ranch dressing on those sweet little rolls.

My best tip is to use leftover rotisserie chicken to save yourself time in the kitchen. If you have a few minutes to spare, brushing the tops of the rolls with melted butter and garlic powder before baking makes them extra golden and delicious.

๐Ÿงบ Ingredients

  • 12 count package of Hawaiian sweet rolls
  • 2 cups shredded cooked chicken
  • 6 strips cooked bacon, chopped
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup ranch dressing
  • 3 tablespoons melted butter
  • 1 teaspoon dried parsley

๐Ÿ‘ฉโ€๐ŸณInstructions

  1. 1

Preheat your oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.

  2. 2

Slice the entire package of rolls in half horizontally to create one large top slab and one bottom slab.

  3. 3

Place the bottom slab of rolls into a baking dish.

  4. 4

In a medium bowl, mix the shredded chicken with the ranch dressing.

  5. 5

Spread the chicken mixture evenly over the bottom rolls.

  6. 6

Top the chicken with the chopped bacon and the shredded cheddar cheese.

  7. 7

Place the top half of the rolls over the cheese and brush the tops with the melted butter.

  8. 8

Sprinkle the dried parsley over the buttered tops.

  9. 9

Cover the dish with foil and bake for 10 minutes.

  10. 10

Remove the foil and bake for another 5 to 10 minutes until the cheese is melted and the tops are toasted.

  11. 11

Slice into individual sliders and serve warm.

๐Ÿ’ก Tips

Store any leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to two days. Reheat them in the oven at 300 degrees until warmed through. These also taste great served with a side of extra ranch for dipping.
