There is something so special about cheesecake, but sometimes you just do not want to spend hours baking a full cake. This dip is the perfect solution for when those sweet cravings hit because it is light, fluffy, and comes together in a flash.

My grandkids always ask for this when they come over for movie night. A quick tip is to make sure your cream cheese is completely soft before you start mixing, as it makes the dip so much smoother and easier to serve.

๐Ÿงบ Ingredients

  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1/4 cup strawberry jam
  • 1/4 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup fresh blueberries

๐Ÿ‘ฉโ€๐ŸณInstructions

  1. 1

Place the softened cream cheese in a large mixing bowl and beat it with a hand mixer until it is smooth and creamy.

  2. 2

Add the powdered sugar and vanilla extract to the bowl, then beat again until well combined.

  3. 3

Slowly pour in the heavy whipping cream while continuing to mix on medium speed until the dip is light and fluffy.

  4. 4

Transfer the mixture to a serving bowl and smooth out the top with a spoon.

  5. 5

Drizzle the strawberry jam over the top of the dip.

  6. 6

Sprinkle the graham cracker crumbs over the jam and garnish with the fresh blueberries.

  7. 7

Serve immediately with extra graham crackers or fresh fruit for dipping.

๐Ÿ’ก Tips

You can store any leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to two days. If you want to make it ahead of time, keep the toppings separate and add them right before you are ready to serve so the crackers stay crunchy.
