There is something special about the combination of juicy summer fruits and crispy, sweet cinnamon chips. It is a light and refreshing snack that my whole family asks for whenever we have guests over or just want a little something sweet after dinner.

My top tip for this recipe is to chop all your fruit into small, uniform pieces. This makes it much easier to scoop up with the chips and ensures you get a little bit of everything in every single bite.

๐Ÿงบ Ingredients

  • 8 flour tortillas
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted
  • 1/3 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
  • 1 cup strawberries, diced
  • 1 cup raspberries, chopped
  • 1 nectarine, peeled and diced
  • 2 kiwis, peeled and diced
  • 1 mango, peeled and diced

๐Ÿ‘ฉโ€๐ŸณInstructions

  1. 1

Preheat your oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.

  2. 2

Brush both sides of each flour tortilla with the melted butter.

  3. 3

Mix the sugar and cinnamon together in a small bowl, then sprinkle it evenly over the buttered tortillas.

  4. 4

Cut each tortilla into 8 triangles using a pizza cutter or sharp knife.

  5. 5

Arrange the triangles in a single layer on baking sheets and bake for 8 to 10 minutes until they are golden and crispy.

  6. 6

While the chips bake, combine all the chopped fruit in a large mixing bowl and stir gently to mix.

  7. 7

Let the chips cool for a few minutes before serving them alongside your fresh fruit salsa.

๐Ÿ’ก Tips

Store any leftover fruit salsa in an airtight container in the fridge for up to two days. Keep the leftover cinnamon chips in a sealed bag or jar at room temperature to keep them crunchy.
