Nani's Classic Stovetop Chili
A hearty, rich, and comforting bowl of chili perfect for chilly nights.
recipesbynani.comThere is nothing quite like a big pot of homemade chili bubbling on the stove when the weather turns cold. This recipe is my absolute favorite because it is straightforward, reliable, and tastes like it spent all day simmering, even though it comes together easily.
I have been making chili for years, and this version hits every mark with deep flavors and the perfect texture. My best tip is to let the chili rest for a few minutes off the heat before serving, as this helps all the spices really meld together.

๐ก Tips
Store any leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to four days. This chili also freezes perfectly in individual portions. When serving, top your bowl with shredded cheddar cheese, sour cream, or fresh cilantro.
