Everyone loves the combination of chocolate, marshmallow, and graham crackers. These bars are a favorite in my house because they come together so quickly and you do not even have to turn on your oven to make them.

My best tip for these is to grease your spatula with a little bit of butter before pressing the mixture into the pan. It keeps the sticky marshmallow from sticking to your hands or tools, making the whole process much easier.

๐Ÿงบ Ingredients

  • 4 cups chocolate cereal squares
  • 10 ounces mini marshmallows
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup graham cracker pieces
  • 1/2 cup milk chocolate chips

๐Ÿ‘ฉโ€๐ŸณInstructions

  1. 1

Prepare a 9 by 9 inch baking pan by lining it with parchment paper or greasing it with butter.

  2. 2

Melt the butter in a large pot over low heat until it is completely liquid.

  3. 3

Add the mini marshmallows to the pot and stir constantly until they are fully melted and smooth.

  4. 4

Remove the pot from the heat and stir in the vanilla extract.

  5. 5

Gently fold in the cereal squares and the graham cracker pieces until everything is evenly coated in the marshmallow mixture.

  6. 6

Fold in the chocolate chips last so they stay mostly intact rather than melting away completely.

  7. 7

Press the mixture into your prepared pan using a buttered spatula and let it cool for about 30 minutes before cutting into squares.

๐Ÿ’ก Tips

Store these bars in an airtight container at room temperature to keep them soft for up to three days. If you like them extra gooey, you can microwave a single square for five seconds before eating.
