Simple Roasted Sheet Pan Chicken and Vegetables
This one pan meal is my favorite way to get a healthy dinner on the table without a sink full of dishes.
recipesbynani.comWhen the week gets busy, I always turn to this simple roasted chicken dinner. It is a reliable recipe that makes mealtime feel calm instead of chaotic because everything cooks right on one tray.
My best tip is to cut your vegetables into even pieces so they all finish roasting at the same time. You can use whatever colorful veggies you have in your crisper drawer to make it your own.
