Slow Cooker Pot Roast
A classic, tender pot roast that makes your whole house smell amazing while it cooks itself.
recipesbynani.comThere is nothing quite like coming home to a hot meal waiting in the slow cooker. This pot roast is a staple in my kitchen because it is so easy to prepare and always turns out incredibly tender and juicy.
My favorite thing about this recipe is how the vegetables soak up all the savory juices from the beef. If you have extra time, searing the meat in a pan before putting it in the slow cooker adds a wonderful depth of flavor to the gravy.
