Slow Cooker Sesame Ginger Beef
This tender beef dish tastes just like your favorite takeout but is much easier to make at home.
recipesbynani.comI love a good takeout meal, but I love it even more when my kitchen stays cool and the slow cooker does all the work. This sesame ginger beef is a staple in my house because the chuck roast becomes incredibly tender and flavorful after spending the day in a savory, sweet sauce.
It is the perfect choice for those busy weekdays when you want a hearty dinner waiting for you when you walk through the door. If you want to add some extra nutrition, feel free to toss in some broccoli or snap peas during the last hour of cooking.
